Do BILSTEIN products come with a warranty?
Yes, most BILSTEIN products come with a warranty unless a motorsport used application.
OE Replacements like the Bilstein B3, B4 and B1 Components come with a 1 year warranty
Bilstein performance models like the B6, B8, B12, B14 and B16 come with a 2 year warranty
Terms may vary depending on region and product type.

What is the difference between B4, B6, B8, and B14?
- B4 – OE replacement for comfort.
- B6 – Performance upgrade for daily or heavy-duty use.
- B8 – Sportier ride, optimized for lowering springs
- B14 – Coilover kit with height adjustability
Can I install BILSTEIN products myself?
Some components can be DIY-installed by experienced enthusiasts. However, we recommend professional installation, especially for coilovers or electronic dampers.

Warranty & Returns
What’s covered under warranty?
Manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover racing use, accidents, or improper installation.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Just contact us to which we will provide a warranty claim for and start the manufacturer warranty process with Bilstein.
