Shipping Policy

At POTN, we aim to dispatch your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review the details below regarding shipping, delivery times, and international orders.


Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.


Delivery Times

UK Mainland: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: Please contact us for availability and estimated transit times.

Delivery estimates are based on standard shipping services and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and order weight.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email. You can use these to monitor the delivery progress of your shipment.


International Orders (Outside the UK)

We do ship internationally, including across Europe and beyond.
Please note the following for orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom:

  • We do not charge UK VAT on international orders.

  • You are responsible for all local taxes, VAT, and import duties once the goods enter your country.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery times.

  • Refusal to pay local duties may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed, and we are not liable for such outcomes.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for expected charges before placing your order.

In the event your customs charge (VAT and Duty) is not paid the items will be destroyed and you will not be given a refund. 


Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some Bilstein suspension products may be offered on a pre-order or backorder basis when not in UK stock.

  • We take full payment at the time of order to secure your item.

  • Your order will be placed with the manufacturer (Bilstein), and we will provide you with the estimated lead time based on factory guidance.

  • Please note this lead time is an estimate and subject to change depending on production schedules and logistics.

  • Once the item arrives in the UK, it will be shipped to you using our standard next working day delivery service.

  • For the most accurate updates, we recommend contacting us periodically to check on the status of your pre-order.


Important Notes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
