UK Orders

All UK orders are dispatched on a next working day delivery service, with most items shipped via DX Express. Our close integration with Bilstein UK ensures that your order is processed and delivered with speed and efficiency.

International Orders

For orders outside of the UK, products are first routed through our logistics hub and then shipped to you using trusted international couriers such as FedEx or DHL, ensuring safe and timely delivery to your destination.

We work closely with Bilstein’s UK distribution network to offer the fastest possible turnaround times and the highest level of service, whether you're ordering from within the UK or abroad.

Bilstein holds a large volume of stock here in the UK, which allows us to offer fast turnaround times on most orders. However, as with any specialist range, not every item is held in the UK at all times.

If a product is temporarily out of stock locally, it will be sourced directly from Bilstein’s main facility in Germany. These shipments typically arrive in the UK within 2-3 weeks via pallet delivery.

Should any item in your order be on backorder, we will contact you promptly with an estimated availability date.
